Connect phone to the network

Notes:

1) In a case of fail to boot with "Universal application loader – Protocol Application Invalid"  message read the Fail to boot article. Adding voice vlan on port where the phone is connecting it should solve the problem

2) Message "TFTP file not found" is poin

UCME(config)#ntp master 1
UCME(config)# telephony-service
UCME(config-telephony)# create cnf-files
