In a case if we are moving among several computers, there is usefull to utilize one of available cloud storage services, here GooglDocs. So how to save a file, for example PDF one, just opened in our browser to the GoogleDocs service? Maybe there are several ways, but one of them is to print the file from the broswer to the GoogleDocs cloud. This feature is available for the Chrome web browser and we should enable it in a just few steps. First \u00a0we have to add google cloud print service, the o<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/cloudprint\/answer\/1686197?rd=1&amp;hl=en&amp;uls=en\">riginal google tutorial<\/a> is saying, that we have to follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your user account on the Windows, Mac, or Linux computer.<\/li>\n<li>Open Google Chrome.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Chrome menu\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Chrome menu\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/support-kms-prod\/SNP_2696434_en_v1\" alt=\"Chrome menu\" \/>\u00a0on the browser toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0Settings.<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0Show advanced settings\u00a0link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/help\/hc\/images\/cloudprint_1686197_sign_in_en.png\" alt=\"Sign in to Google Cloud Print\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Scroll down to the \u201cGoogle Cloud Print\u201d section. Click\u00a0Sign in to Google Cloud Print.<\/li>\n<li>In the window that appears, sign in with your Google Account to enable the Google Cloud Print connector.<\/li>\n<li>Select the printers you want to connect, and then click\u00a0Add printer(s).<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll see a confirmation that Google Cloud Print has been enabled. Click\u00a0Manage your printers\u00a0to learn more.<\/li>\n<li>The printer is now associated with your Google Account and connected to Google Cloud Print. You can print to this printer using Google Cloud Print whenever you\u2019re signed in with the same Google Account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once the priner is associated, we may use it. So,\u00a0if we have open an PDF file inside of the chrome browser now, which we would like to upload to GoogleDocs, just click on the Chorme menu toolbar, choose print, and then change the Print target from a local printer to the GoogleDocs service, and Print it.
